Summer's about to begin but there's no rest for all you Fighters out there! The Golden Gloves is a little over 6 months away and we are gearing up to give you that documentary we promised....
Logging 3 years of footage and preparing to edit is tough but we are making headway...We don't give up and nor should you!

Hey Boxing Fans!!!
We have not disappeared off the face of the earth....we are living and breathing boxing!
I must say we have begun the difficult task of taking 3 years of footage and attempting to tell the story of the New England Golden Gloves for our documentary, Road to the Golden Gloves.
I won't lie. It's hard. I'm working with the MCS editors to give you an awesome show....
In the meantime we are working on our back stories to Lowell, Lynn , and Lawrence....

Lawrence Boxing Club Rocks!
The Mill City Studios Film Crew travels north to the Lawrence Boxing Club. We are covering the back stories of Golden Gloves Boxers, like Gloves Champion Jose Vargas.
You won't believe it, but the boxing gym is in a church. Interesting...The place is packed and we plan on shooting at the gym again this week. Long time trainer Mel Peabody guides us through the many boxers...stay tuned for more!

The making of a Documentary
The MCS film crew is on location in Lynn, Massachusetts. Our location scouts Katlyn and Ryan O'hara found us the perfect spot to capture an ariel view of Lynn and Boston.
It's so funny...but I love this shot...I want to put it into the film....Ryan is in training! Nick is on camera...we are a wild and crazy bunch.
